Hi All, :help:

I have a conditional green card since Oct05 and I need to go back to my country "Syria" for a really short visit (2 weeks) as my dad is really sick. I am not sure whether I should ask the immigration for any sort of permission (Since my wife won't be able to accompany me)...

any advice? please let me know :unsure:

There's no problem. You will have no problem coming back with the conditional green card and your passport.

07/08/2008 Driver's License renewed

04/20/2009 Lifting of Conditions approved

04/28/2009 Card received in the mail
