nerve wracking process

This is so nerve wracking. How am i gonna know if they approve my petition when i can't see my case online? When i received my noa 1 i only knew i recieved it becouse it came by mail they didn't send me an e-mail. Plus there has been a rash of incidents around my neighborhood were kids have been stealing mail. Bunch of chopf##ks. Ive been waiting to see my case online since january 23. I wish they would get thier ###### together.

Frustration is the worse...most of us know this familiar feeling when you feel like the darkness of not knowing is all over your mind...keep checking and I hope that it will happen soon...good luck

You wouldn't get your NOA1 by e-mail until you sign up on the website to be notified after that.

I hear you there. We had kids stealing mail once out of our mail box for a while. I wanted to just strangle them. Even came home early from work once hid my car in the back yard (garage was too full of junk) . . . and waited for the Bust. Never cautht them but it does get to you. Perhaps have a neighbor watch your house. Espeially when school gets out. Or have the post office arrange to hold your mail for you to pick up at the end of the week.

Well it seems you have your NOA1, that should give you your case number if you have that all you have to do is go to the site: https://egov.immigration.gov/cris/jsps/index.jsp - create an account and you should get email updates. My US fiance has set up the account and I just go to the site and type in the case number and check online. Hope this helps.

Thats what i am frustrusted about when i type in my case number it says it doesn't exist. So i can't see anything on that website. I created an account but when i type in case number it doesn't exist so i won't be getting any email updates. I have to wait till i get it in the mail. Yes i called them alot of good that did.

make sure you dont put any spaces or "-" in between, ours is with Nebraska so our case number starts of LIN06xxxxxxxx you type it like that no spaces inbetween. Sorry if this sounds stupid im not making out that you are stupid its just easily done - I typed it all in the first time with the "-" inbetween too and i got error. LOL Try that and see what happens.

I am typing in LIN06xxxxxxxx and it says Status for reciept number cannot be found at this time in this automated system. Some other people have been having the same problem.
