When do I send originals?

I am preparing my I-129F initial submission and I'm making 3 sets as it is recommended. Most of the documents I will have 3 copies of original documents such as my birth certificate, all the signed forms, etc but other documents such as plane ticket stubs I obviously only have 1 set of originals. When I should submit the originals? Should I send them with my initial submission or should I send copies and keep the originals to send to my fiance for her interview? I really do not want any delays at all. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Yes, send only copies and keep the originals for the interview. Make copies of all your plane ticket stubs and Do NOT send originals.

USCIS no longer routinely requires submission of original documents or "certified copies." Instead, ordinary legible photocopies of such documents (including naturalization certificates and alien registration cards) will be acceptable for initial filing and approval of petitions and applications.

At the discretion of the officer, original documents may still be required in individual cases. Please be advised that USCIS no longer returns original documents submitted with the exception of Certificates of Naturalization, Forms I-551, Permanent Resident Card, Forms I-94, Arrival/Departure Document, valid passports, or those specifically requested by the officer. Such documents will be returned when they are no longer needed.

Originals are fine for the initial submission, but the originals will be required for the interview. Take another set of copies of the originals to the interview. They can look at the original, and keep the copy in your file, in case any of the copies you submitted got either lost or misplaced.
