well...my NOA1 was as of Feb. 13th, no touch since Feb. 22nd...my head hurts of even freaking out

Just curious...has any of my Co-Feb filers finished Packet 3 yet?

I've completed all of the DS forms. The only thing that I'm waiting on is some of the financial stuff, the letter from my employer, the bank letter. And I have to compile our relationship info. Nothing else to do but sit and wait, his appointment is not until next month.

Can someone advise me how they found out whether or not NVC has received their package? I just tried calling them on 603 334 0700 and i followed prompts to speak to operator and it says its busy and to try again. Has that happened to others before? I just emailed them and i'm hoping to hear back from them. Is the number you need the EAC xxxx receipt number?

keep calling u have to talk to operator, some folks have luck calling before 8am and after 6pm. the automated system has no info for k-1. its hard to get thru. do email NVC but it may take a few days 4 them to get back to u. good luck!

No i haven't been calling ...i guess i'm just way too patient...but i dont think i even have a right to call since the processing time is 180 days anyways. I mean...am i right?

Ok...here's something I don't understand. C got his Packet 3. He said the DS forms will be easy enough to fill out. I'm compiling my financial stuff to take to him in 3 weeks when I go see him. He's making calls about the police cert. and the medical won't be till next month sometime.

How on this earth do you already know when your interview will be? I'm sorta freaking out since I haven't actually seen the Packet 3...when does he find out about his interview or does he have to call and schedule it? I don't get it....

You mean me? The appointment that we have is not for his interview, it's for him to pick up packet 3. But he'll have the completed DS230 by that time, so he's going to drop it off then (when he's supposed to be picking it up ). After that, hopefully soon after that, we'll find out when his interview is.
