Who filled out form?

I am trying to pull this Visa info together, and, as VSC is so speedy, I'm worried about our timeframe. I don't arrive in Turkey until the 20-24 of June. I'm hoping to be able to schedule an interview during the 9 weeks I am there this summer. Omer's father just passed away, and he is a wreck- the visa, and required paperwork, is the last thing he is able to handle now. ON DS230, and 156 and 156K and 157, they ask a question- who filled out this paperwork?

Do you think it is a red flag or problem if I fill it out and write my name- or do you think it would be better if we contracted a third person?

It is not a RED flag. The beneficiary can complete the docs or the petitioner can complete the docs. No 3rd party is needed. I completed all of Fernanda's documents. However, do not sign them until instructed to do so at the Consulate.

I did his on computer here then just sent to him, one does ask who is filling out so i signed and dated that part as myself, the rest he will sign at interview

Right they sign in front of the interviewer. (or at least for us)

if you fill out and print DS 156, then you DO sign item 40 (who prepared this form), but he will sign item 41 (applicant). Only DS 156-K has to be signed at the interview.

I don't have a printer connected on my PC so my USC fiance fillid out, printed and mailed to me DS 156 and all other docs for the interview.

He even made a blunter and signed at 41 where the applicant should sign We "warned" the consulate and were told not to worry at all, just sign in his spot and make sure I put reverse arrows to indicate the error! Eazy fixed!
