TO MY VERY HELPFUL FRIENDS HERE AT VJ

WOOOOOW I APPLAUD ALL OF YOU FOR SUCH UNBELIEVABLE KNOWLEDGE

AND THANK YOU ALL FOR HELPING ME AND MARILYN

MY LAST QUESTION HOPEFULLY IS:

I NEED TO SEND HER A COPY OF EVERYTHING WITH THE NOA2 NOTICE

I KNOW I WAS SUPPOSED TO MAKE AN EXACT COPY OF WHAT I SENT IN INITALLY

AND I THOUGHT I DID, BUT I CAN NOT FIND THE G325-A FORM, HOW IMPORTANT IS THAT TO SEND??

ARE THEY NOT GOING TO HAVE A COPY OF IT ALREADY?

WELL I WILL LISTEN TO YOU ALL SINCE YOU ALL HAVE NEVER FAILED I YET!

THANKS AGAIN

I dunno about the consulate in Peru, but the embassy in Jakarta, Indonesia did not ask to see copies of what you've sent along with I-129F. They did not ask for the petitioner's pictures also.

Raspect,

No, you do not need to send her a copy of everything. The VJ recommendation to send the beneficiary a copy of the I-129f submission is so that they will know what information is in the case file and can provide consistent answers at their visa interview to questions that may be asked for the same information.

That being said, my fiancee and I learned all of the information about each other that can be found in the I-129f submission in the process of developing our relationship. We would never have become engaged and then married without sufficiently vetting each other. And I had her review all of the I-129f submission documents before I submitted them to be sure that I had all of her information correct.

The idea to send a copy of the Approval Notice is a remnant of the days when some consulates would open a 'provisional file' and accept a visa application in advance of receiving the approved petition from the USCIS if the applicant could demonstrate that the petition had been approved. That practice stopped several years ago.
