I-129 package help

I have not yet send the I-129 package due to gather all information needed. But I have read some forums about what to send with THIS package.

Do I need to send emails (translated) with the I-129 already, if so, what else? e.i. Receipts, plane tickets, pictures?

Along with I-129, what other forms and/or documents MUST go along with the I-129?

I've read that, "save this for the interview" which are?

And last, what documents I need from my fiancee to send in the I-129 package??????

Send copies of the evidence(Plane tickets, itineraries, receipts, and keep the originals for the visa interview.

Again the email does not need to be translated, they just want to know that you communicate in a common language, and how often you communicate, so a log showing when and how often you communicate is more helpful.

As per USCIS recommendations do not send any original documentations, photo copies will do.

To the OP,

Any evidence that you want to have considered in your petition MUST be translated. The baseline threshold that is required to be met at the initial petition stage is that you and the beneficiary have met within the last two years. E-mails do not provide such evidence. However, you always have the option to include more information than what is required but it is solely at your discretion.

I included a section with this list and then the following items..

Proof of having met in person

1. Photos.

2. Petitioner’s plane ticket to Argentina on 1/06/07

3. Passport stamps in Petitioner’s and Beneficiary’s Passports documenting return trip to Uruguay from Argentina.

4. Beneficiary’s Telephone Bill showing calls to Petitioner’s US Phone number, the same number entered under ‘Daytime telephone number’ on I-129F.

5. Invitation to Engagement Dinner and restaurant receipt for said dinner.

Make sure you download the I129F NOT the I-129!!!!!!!!!
