Kansas City Mass Murderer Captured in Rural Missouri – Is Mexican Illegal Immigrant Who Was Previously Deported

Killer Pablo Antonio Serrano-Vitorino, 40, is a previously deported undocumented illegal immigrant from Mexico.

Pablo Antonio Serrano-Vitorino was captured last night in rural Missouri after reportedly killing four people in Kansas City.

CBS News reported:

A man suspected of fatally shooting four people at his neighbor’s home in Kansas before killing another man about 170 miles away in a rural Missouri house was taken into custody early Wednesday morning after an extensive manhunt, the Missouri Highway Patrol said.

The Highway Patrol told CBS News Pablo Antonio Serrano-Vitorino was arrested without incident near New Florence, Missouri. Troopers said he had a rifle on him.

The Kansas City Star reports Serrano-Vitorino was found lying on a hill just north of Interstate 70. CBS Jefferson City, Missouri affiliate KRCG-TV says he was apprehended in Danville, Missouri…

The Star reported the area where Serrano-Vitorino was nabbed is near a McDonald’s restaurant and several motels.

Serrano-Vitorino, a Mexican national who authorities said was in the country illegally, is accused of fatally shooting four men late Monday night at his neighbor’s home in Kansas City, Kansas.
He was also wanted in connection with the shooting death of 49-year-old Randy Nordman in New Florence.

The New York Daily News:
An Immigration and Customs Enforcement spokesman told KMBC that the suspect had been deported 12 years ago, but somehow ended up back in the country illegally and was fingerprinted last

September in the Kansas City suburb of Overland Park for driving without a license.

ICE said that it mistakenly sent a retainer for Serrano-Vitorino to the Johnson County Sheriff’s Office, where the suspect was not in custody.

It added that it “regrets the error” that allowed him to walk free rather than sending him into the immigration legal system and likely back to his native Mexico.

Agreed. Donald Trump needs to be behind a wall. Perhaps since that wall is going to much smaller, Mexico might be willing to pay for it.
