Hey so a big congrats to all of us for livening up the place. I'm so happy we have our own lil corner of VJ. I've enjoyed all the topics, and it's been great!

I am so happy that this forum has gotten busy. It's the first place I come to when I load VJ.

Yay for us!

I too love the UK forum! Lots of great people, good times and I've learned so much that I believe G and I are well prepared for when we can finally file our I129F! Soon I hope!

Thanks all for being such a great online community of friends!

I totally agree!

I always come here first! Hardly ever off topic any more!

I think you all are great!

It is a shame we are all so far apart! I'd love to have a meet up.

Maybe one day!

Big thanks from me too! My UKC husband says I have become addicted to VJ, and that my constant checking of the UK forum is "unhealthy" given that he may never get the visa as it's not guaranteed blahblahblah... (I swear to god, the boy must have an Eeyore gene in there somewhere! ;) )

But I find it an unbelievable treasure trove of info, and I've already benefitted from it biggie style. Thanks everyone!!!

I have to agree, the UK forum is awesome! Both Spence and I use this same sign on and we are both addicted to VJ. It has been such a tremendous help through this long process. It is nice to know that there are others out there going through the same thing and can relate and share their wisdom.

Speaking of curries... I picked up some Patak's Tikka Massala paste when I was in Santa Monica and I made an awesome curry last night. I let it marniate overnight (and then all day) the day before. My hubby and sis-in-law loved it, too. So I'll definately be making it again soon.

I'm also going to try my hand at some fresh pasta. We got a pasta making attachment for out Kitchen Aid from Mark's dad for our birthdays (it was my birthday last week and Mark's in September ). I miss spagetti carbonara, so maybe I'll make that...
