I sent my 129F application the beginning of january. I made a mistake on the address(G-325A), and sent the wrong picture size. I had my fiance sign a revised copy and send a new picture; I sent the package along with a brief letter describing my mistake.

The package was opened and all contents returned with writing on my package: "129F error d.v." Why would they send my correction back? is this anything to be concerned about?

You are really not able to send corrections after you have submitted the orginal petition unless an you get an RFE. If you get an RFE, you ussualy also get a return envelope to route the documents to the correct place.

Its possible, what you have sent may delay your processing, but you have to wait until you get an RFE to make corrections. Or you may get lucky and your petition gets approved anyway.

That is correct... Just keep on praying that they'll approve it and oversee whatever mistakes you made in your packet!

Good luck!
