July 18, 07: AOS/EAD sent to Chicago

Aug 03, 07: Received Biometrics appt. letter

Aug 23, 07: Biometrics

Aug 30, 07: Transfer to CSC letter dated 8/27

Sept 19, 07: EAD Approval email

Sept 29, 07: EAD card Received

Oct 09, 07: AOS Approved

Oct 13, 07: Green Card in hand

Just wait and wait and wait! Lots of email! In the course of waiting my fiance and I sent over 1100 emails and hundreds of phone calls. We are much closer because of the wait and the written communication!

I finally mailed the I-129F package overnight express! Hopefully no RFE's.. :dance:

It was so stressful, checking, double checking, notarizing, preparing... blah blah blah..

But now what do I do?

Just wait.

and wait.

I don't know which is worse being too busy preparing, or just waiting. Fortunately it's the Vermont Service Center.

Mail receipted 06-24-2004

NOA 1 07-01-2004 Never received in mail

Called CSC to request NOA 1 be resent (they said NO!) 07-28-2004

NOA 2 08-31-2004 SUPRISE!

NVC receives 09-07-2004

NVC forwarded petition to Kiev 09-13-2004

Never received packet 3

Downloaded packet 3 and returned 9-22-2004

Requested interview 10-4

NVC sent embassy her maiden name!

Sent embassy documentation showing passport name.

Notified of interview 10-1-2004 by email.

Never received packet 4

Embassy guard still had maiden name she was prepared with documentation!

Interview successful 10-4-2004

Arrive JFK 10-19-20

Arrive Phoenix 10-20-2004

Married 1-6-05!

Visa Approved! Interview Completed.

Visa Delivered by DELBROS October 28th, 2006

October 30, 2006 Arrived back in LAX with Melinda, were going to Disneyland!!!

November 6th, 2006, Melinda and I are back home in Winslow Arizona loving Life!
