:dance: At last, NOA2 Approved at CSC.

I had lived in 3 different metros cities in 3 different states after attaining the age of sixteen. I got the passport made 9 years back at Delhi and this will be expiring by next year end. My question is that, do I need to collect police clearance certificate from all these different places. Also should I get the Local Passport clearance first or the police clearance. I guess it will take too much time for all this. Any information on this will be really helpful. Thank you.

Yes you will need police certificates from all places you lived 6 months or longer from the age of 16. Good luck.
