phone bill question

Hi everyone. I got a question. Do they really need the phone bill in the interview? the reason y i ask this coz i dont really use my landline to call my wife. I used my cellphone because i have this unlimited minutes and txt. Since I have family plans, it's on auto payment plus they only send the billl amount thru text (sms). I called the customer service if i can get my previous bills thru paper or file but they said there is no way could do that. I'm worried about my wife's interview if they ask for the bill for them to check. but i do have the used phone cards that i bought, chat log, and bills for this unlimited calls to the phillipines. Are they enough?

Phone bills are not mandatory evidence, just provide as much evidence as you think you need

Thanks riblet. For the unlimited calls to philippines just visit www.mabuhaycalls.com its $69 a month. get the Cellphone not the bag phone. They will give you a local access code. for the cellphone its only for metromanila area. About my cellphone plan here in U.S. It's metropcs, but it's for only here in san francisco. i can't use it outside bay area.

No. They need evidence that the relationship is bona fide, i.e. that it was not established for the purpose of avoiding immigration law.

If your phone bills help to prove that, submit them. If your phone bills do not help to prove that, or if you have plenty of other evidence that does prove that, forget the phone bills.

it was in my case. the USICS interviewed me < I am USC> they wanted to establish how long I had been talking to my husband. they did not count Phone cards which I only had about 2 at the time. coz, I figured since I had a cell and a landline what point was it to use calling cards.
