Average time for someone similar to our situation, according to timelines, between noa1 and noa2, was 16 days.

But looking at the graph for Vermont, over all the average is about 26 days between noa1 and noa2.

Today is day 20. I can distract myself enough for another 6 days, that I can keep myself from worrying until it has been 26 days. We would love to get our NOA2 this week, InshAllah we will, but I'm ready to wait longer if I have to. That that I have a choice. Right now my finance is having a harder time with the wait. And I wish there was more I could do to help.

I haven't been touched since the 11th.... got my NOA1 on the 9th ... I'm starting to worry about getting and RFE. Seems like everyone else around my timeframe is already hearing about their NOA2

Hi Sabovee,

I am another VSC K1 petitioner who filed around the same date as you (March 6th for NOA1) but my file has not been touched since the 17th of March. Am I nervous about any RFE? Damn yes since a bunch of people who filed after me got their NOA2.

No offense to CSC folks but when your file is at VSC you start freaking out after 3 weeks of inaction wondering why people who filed after you are being approved. This is just a reminder that even at VSC there are second class filers (lol). You cannot help it but wonder WHY? I hope to have my NOA2 by the end of this week.

ahh guys got our NOA2 on Monday!! All that stress and its finally okay...

All you other VSC filers don't worry about anything... I wasn't touched since March 17th and then boom got 3 Approval emails!

If anyone of you received an RFE, please share with me what are the documents you provided to them and how did you assemble these documents. Are these in binders or folders. How many days to they normally give to send these docs to them? I hope you can help me.

I included photo copies of all relavent parts of my passport. No plane ticket stubs, it's a 6 hour drive ;), receipts for the wedding gown, engagement ring (Both bought in Canada), pedigree of one of our horses with both our names on it, pictures, and some random receipts...... is that enough????

Does it really give the reason in the RFE email? If I remember correctly, they only send notice that it was mailed, not the reason. It may be for something else, like a form you forgot to sign. I mean, you do have a horse together! What more evidence would they need?
