Just got the great news that my fiancee (Nan) received her packet 3 in the mail. Does anyone with experience with US Embassy in Bangkok know how many weeks between returning the completed packet 3 and the interview date?

Thanks...

Pao's interview was scheduled about 2 months after we returned packet 3, but this was around the time of Thanksgiving and Christmans and New Years so... I think our interview was delayed a bit because of all the holidays.

My fiance's and her sons interview date was scheduled one month after the date I submitted the completed package 3 ( last week of Sept. 2006). After the interview we have to wait another 2 more weeks to get the K1 & K2 visa (due to the security name checks).

The interview was great. The interviewer was very nice. All you need to do is bring all the supportive documents with you and you should have no problem.

Good Luck in the interview........csp
