Things to use with packet

so i was looking over at the arrangement of the packet and i was wondering if the couple of things are good.

use those tabs and write the purpose at the bottom

as well as, i have po box, so on the cover sheet and the envelope im sending to the USCIS, can i go ahead and place my po box instead of my home address, i want all mail in the po box.

if you guys used other type of tabs please show themto me, as i would love tosee so i can send a good petition.

I used those ACCO fasteners - thought they were great. I punched 2 holes onto the top of my packet.

I bought mini-post-it notes but decided not to use them - thought there'd be too many and they'd either fall off and/or be bent by the time my packet arrived. Instead I created 2 cover letters (one for proof of meeting & the other for ongoing relationship) along with the I-129F cover letter. I labeled everything very neatly.

Our packet was very organized.

oh ok, but im sorry the way you said you did it got me a bit off track, imean i know it will be alot of things so i will place many tabs but for me with the tabs it seems much faster. which tabs wil be good to use?

I'm not sure, I guess you can experiment and/or check out Wal-mart. I just went to the store and found what looked for the best for me - some kind of colorful tabs.

I did same two hole punch with the fasteners, my tabs were like what you put on file folders, little plastic tabs that u slide the subject written on small paper into and i used a plain piece of copy paper as the dividers to attach the tabs to, use as many as u have different sections or want to show them. It will look very neat.

yep pretty much, small plastic tops, adhesive to edges of dividers and then for the pictures i bought a package of photo album pages, the kind that the film sheet lifts up, add the pictures seal the plastic back down, there were already holes in the sides (since its for a album) but i punch in the top and used to hold my pictures, it looked great. I think i used two sheets pictures on both sides.

i used differnt colored removable tabs like the ones u show up top. was very helpful.

i was thinking should i used different coloredpaper like maybe red, place the tabs at the bottom and use it as a divider? and i was honestly thinking into just getting ziploc bags and place the fotos in there, since i willsend around 5, i will place all 5 in the bag and make the 2 holes in the top. and for the passport looking one do the same things as well, form wat i see imgoing to have many dividers,

i put only the vacation (us together) pictures on the pages the others i put one on his information form and one on mine. Be sure to write information on the back of the pictures and if u use the sheets you can type a little title to add to each picture.

We used ziploc bags for our pictures.

I wrote "proof of meeting in last 2 years" on the 6 pictures of us.

I also put our passport size photos in these bags and wrote our full names on the bags with permanent black marker. There was one bag for each of us.

I attached each bag to a blank piece of paper.

I don't think there is a right or wrong way to assemble the package. You seem to be on the right track - organization is key.

Yes there are different variations of making the application, just do what works best for you and looks neat and organized. good luck
