Thank God, finally we receive our NOA2. It was through snail mail yesterday Feb 24th, nothing change in the case status online nor email update. Its still received and pending. Approval was Feb 12 so I don’t know why it took long to reach. Your posts and this site helped us a lot , thank you so much. We're praying for others who still waiting.

Any way to check for case status at NVC?? Or we only wait??

nothing change in the case status online nor email update. Its still received and pending. Approval was Feb 12 so I don’t know why it took long to reach.

Same thing happened to us approved Feb.12 (two touches), never received an email, informed via snail mail.

Sept 21st 2009. New green card with conditions removed arrived.

07/26/10 N400 mailed via UPS. Three year rule
08/03/10. Check cashed.
08/06/10 NOA letter received, but "Request for evidence" showing on the status website.
08/08/10 NOA #2. Biometrics appointment letter. Scheduled for 08/31/10
08/09/10 Biometrics completed. Walk in.
11/01/10 Touched. Transferred to local (Tampa) office

I think this goes the same with seattlegirl27 :thumbs: no notice online... but her fiancee received the approval through snail mail. I hope this is the case with fwaguy and to all who hasn't received NOA2s as of yet :thumbs: Good luck to all and congratulations to you Nad!

02/17/07: I-129F Sent to NSC

02/23/07: I-129F NOA1

02/28/07: I-129F NOA2 (found out while checking on-line)

03/02/07: Received hard copy NOA1

03/08/07: Received hard copy NOA2

03/13/07: NVC sent packet to La Habana

03/27/07: Telegram "sent" to fiance to pick up packet 3... never received

04/02/07: I contacted the "embassy" to find out status of case and set up pick up date

04/04/07: Fiance picked up packet 3

04/05/07: I called toll-free # here to set up appointment for my fiancé

05/10/07: Interview scheduled for 7:30AM... Visa Approved!!!!!!!!

05/14/07: Picks up passport/visa and brown sealed envelope

05/15/07: Paperwork for the carta blanca turned in

05/24/07: Carta Blanca received and bought plane ticket

06/04/07: Entry into the US... together again!!!!!!!

08/07/07: MARRIED!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
