*sigh* I miss homemade pancakes. I bet my mom made some tonight. :(

I didn't know it was pancake day until my mum texted me this morning.. I was really upset, mainly cos I realised I don't know how to make them properly! They always turn out weird when I try. Also, I think there's something weird about the flour here...

Mmm, pancakes. We ate at IHOP last night and had some buttermilk pancakes (which I find way to dry and stodgy). But we made British pancakes later on and had some with sugar and lemon juice. :)
