2-22-2007 -Petition left NVC, heading to US Embassy in Phnom Penh, Cambodia

2-26-2007 -Received letter (date-2-23-2007) from NVC -Case Number generated -PHP2007***-***

2-26-2007 -Petition received by US Embassy -PP, Cambodia

3-29-2007 -US Embassy sent Package 3

4-10-2007 -Received Package3 via Email

4-12-2007 -Package 3 return to embassy vi FedEx

4-17-2007 -Visited fiance in Phnom Penh

4-18-2007 -Package3 delivered and received by Embassy in Phnom Penh

4-26-2007 -Medical Appointment 7AM -one day process!

5-03-2007 -Received two completed Medical Package, one for the Embassy and one for POE

5-14-2007 -Return back to the states -home-

6-02-2007 -US Embassy contacted my fiance to pick up her Appointment Letter on June 15th.

6-04-2007 -Appointment for Interview July 5th 7AM.

7-05-2007 -Passed Interview!!!

7-13-2007 -Pick up approved Visa (3pm)

7-17-2007 -POE San Francisco

8-07-2007 -Civil Marriage

9-18-2007 -Filed AOS

9-24-2007 -Notice Date

10-01-2007 -Received NOA I-797C Letter

10-27-2007 -Received I-797C NOA Request for Applicant to appear for initial Interview

OMG we are all going crazy trying to decipher what it all means. There should be some kind of family act that allows those going through the immigration process 3 months of paid leave time so days where we're just bugged out we can relax and not have to worry about going to work lolol. Better yet, could spend that time with you S/O's while we wait.

I know i'm dreaming....it's 2am and i get up in 4 hours....lolol

1st K-1 Journey:

June 2005 - filed

October 2005 - visa interview

March 2006 - AOS packet mailed

DIVORCED

June 2007 - Interview

2008 - 10 year approval

10/15/07 - Transferred to CSC

01/09/08 - AOS approved w/o interivew

11/01/09 - Lift conditions

11/01/10 - interview to lift conditions/10-yr card

01/01/10 - 10 year approval

really this made me crazy....i hope NOA2 would be a valentine treat for us......

i am more excited to know that NOA2 is coming than for the valentine gift honey sent me...lol!!!! his surprised gifts dont came on time...hehehehe!!!! dont really care!!! only NOA2 is on my mind......lol

Nov. 24, 07 - sent petition I-129F[Nov. 30, 07 - NOA1( cash checked) after 3 touches

Feb. 15, 07 - NOA2(yayy were so happy)tnx God

March 01, 07 - NVC recieved our petition

March 06, 07 - Received letter from NVC(petition will be sent to Manila Embassy)

March 18-24 - honey's second visit(wow super excited)

Its was funny I was thinking even no flowers as long as noa2 lol..My 2dz flowers was delivered about 8 pm lol..but still I am really looking forward for noa2...

On February 13, 2007, we mailed you a notice that we have approved this I129F PETITION FOR FIANCE(E). Please follow any instructions on the notice. If you move before you receive the notice, call customer service.
