Proof of Evidence with I-129F application question?

I am confused (yet again, sorry). How much evidence do I need to send with my application vs. evidence at interview? Is it the same evidence? I am under the impression that the first application, I just need to send proof we have met in the past 2 years, then have more evidence for the interview that we actually have an ongoing relationship? Or do I send lots of stuff in the beginning?

Thanks!

No. Relax. Just send the proof of meeting at this point. The I134 and employment proof is needed at the time of interview not now. Make sure to do the G325 (send them all 4 copies - with original signatures) both yours and hers and definitely some pictures of you two together and copies of passport pages with stamps of entry and departures, itineraries etc. Good Luck

My advice? Follow the instructions and provide what is asked for. You can never go wrong by simply providing what's asked for.

You are asked for proof of having met in the last two years, as well as proof of your US Citizenship, and you and your fiance(e)'s eligibility to marry, and statements of your intent to marry.

Before putting your package together you should understand the way the USCIS evaluates and assigns importance to different types of evidence.

Primary evidence:

Exit/entry visa stamps, airline ticket boarding passes, hotel receipts, ATM statements showing withdrawals in the country/city in question are as close to being irrefutable as primary evidence is concerned.

Secondary evidence:

-Photos, bus tickets, affidavits from relatives and friends; may be used to supplement weak primary evidence but are not necessary if the primary evidence can stand alone on its own merits.

The petition does not ask for relationship evidence or materials. The consulate, later in the process, will ask explicitly for such evidence. My advice is to save it for then.
