I don't know all the contents just please don't open it! lolol your SO will just hand it in at POE CONGRATS ON THE VISA!!!

1st K-1 Journey:

June 2005 - filed

October 2005 - visa interview

March 2006 - AOS packet mailed

DIVORCED

June 2007 - Interview

2008 - 10 year approval

2nd K-1 Journey:

07/28/07 - AOS paperwork mailed

07/30/07 - Received at lockbox

09/18/07 - Biometrics

10/15/07 - Transferred to CSC

01/09/08 - AOS approved w/o interivew

11/01/09 - Lift conditions

11/01/10 - interview to lift conditions/10-yr card

01/01/10 - 10 year approval

Can anyone tell me what is in the sealed envelope that is to be presented at Immigration upon arriving in the U.S.? Also, how long more or less do they take to review it and sendyou on your way?

It has all the papers on you that you and your fiance ever filled out, your medical etc etc, everything. At the POE they will take it from you at the booth, process you through fairly fast, just a few minutes, then (at JFK) they will send you to a room and you'll wait until they call your name and have you come up to the counter or in another room. Now that guy will have all your papers, he'll ask you a couple of questions, give you the I-94 and your passport back and you're on your way.

Dec 12, 06 - VISA IN HAND

Dec 29, 06 - MARRIED!!

Jan 8, 07 - filed for AOS and EAD

Apr 3, 07 - EAD approved!!!

Apr 7, 07 - EAD card arrived!

May 10, 07 - Interview....APPROVED!!!

May 23, 07 - GC in hand

Feb 10, 09 - I-751 sent to CSC

Feb 12, 09 - NOA1

Apr 20, 09 - Approved!

Jun 12, 09 - Card Production Ordered

Jun 19, 09 - 10 year GC Received

2004-07-21: Fell in love

2005-06-02: Met in Hong Kong

2006-06-07: Met in Belgium

2006-06-15: Engaged in Italy

2006-10-10: I-129F Sent to NSC

2006-10-23: I-129F NOA1 from CSC

2006-10-26: Check cashed

2006-12-20: Met in Belgium again

2007-01-19: Touched finally!! Send us a NOA2 please!!

2007-01-19: WE GOT NOA2!!!! HOLY COW!!!!!!!!!!!!!

2007-01-20: Touched again

2007-01-25: Received NOA2 in mail

2007-02-01: File forwarded to Consulate from NVC

2007-02-08: Consulate received our file and right away mailed Packet 3!

2007-02-10: Packet 3 received!

2007-02-23: Gone for medical check and police report

2007-03-07: Mailed in all the forms needed to the consulate

2007-03-13: Consulate mailed out Packet 4!

2007-03-16: Packet 4 received!

2007-04-16: Interview Day!

2007-08-11: Us Wedding

Looking forward to the day two beans get together and live happily ever after!
