I was just wondering if an update had been done this week. They usually appear on Sundays. I know Gary stopped, but I thought someone else had picked them up. Maybe I missed them somewhere????

10/20/2008 NVC Recd case

11/21/2008 CASE COMPLETE

01/15/2009 INTERVIEW

01/16/2009 VISA IN HAND

01/31/2009 ARRIVED OKC

I had printed up last weeks list and filled in the few approvals that there was. There has been such little activity this month for November filers.

The November link did not open for me, but the december one did.

04-17-2007 Married using K1 Vusa
04-27-07 Filed for AOS, EAD, AP.
06-28-07 Green card arrived in mail

April 2009 Filed for removal of conditions.
May 09 2007 Biometrics
Aug 31st Congratulations letter, no interview needed
Sept 21st 2009. New green card with conditions removed arrived.

N400 Status
07/26/10 N400 mailed via UPS. Three year rule
08/03/10. Check cashed.
08/06/10 NOA letter received, but "Request for evidence" showing on the status website.
08/08/10 NOA #2. Biometrics appointment letter. Scheduled for 08/31/10
08/09/10 Biometrics completed. Walk in.
11/01/10 Touched. Transferred to local (Tampa) office
12/06/10 Interview . Passed
01/11/11 Oath ceremony

Hello, how can you tell if your applications are touched? I'm applying for K-1 visa for my gf. I got NOA1 and waiting for NOA2.

KingK you have to register at USCIS.gov with your case number, usually the case number is like EAC....or MSC......it's on your NOA1. REgister for email alerts and you can login and check online.

Also, update your timeline with service center cause that makes a difference too!

Good luck on your journey and congrats on the NOA1

1st K-1 Journey:

June 2005 - filed

October 2005 - visa interview

March 2006 - AOS packet mailed

DIVORCED

June 2007 - Interview

2008 - 10 year approval

07/28/07 - AOS paperwork mailed

07/30/07 - Received at lockbox

09/18/07 - Biometrics

10/15/07 - Transferred to CSC

01/09/08 - AOS approved w/o interivew

11/01/09 - Lift conditions

11/01/10 - interview to lift conditions/10-yr card

01/01/10 - 10 year approval
