Here's a link for the reciprocity schedule for the Jamaican embassy. On the bottom of the report it shows where to apply for birth certificates and police records and other requirements. Keep in mind that this embassy seems to change it's requirements often and this is just a guide to get you started. Please find out directly from the embassy what their current requirements are and follow all of the embassy's requirements that you receive in your packets. Here's the link:Jamaican Recoprocity Schedule

Also please note that the link above does not have information on the certificate of no impediment to marriage (not sure if this is the legal name of the certificate) that is now required. Here's information that Tracy8296 posted on this new requirement: http://www.visajourney.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=842

Just left Jamaica. Went to Registrar Generals office to apply for the No Impediment form. FYI, cost was $100 US. Very expensive. Lady requested a copy of fiancees birth certificate, we didnt bring it with us, but she was very helpful & pulled him up in the system when he verbally verified his parents names, dob & location of birth. She said that the document wasnt on the web & most likely will not be placed on there for security reasons. She stated that this new document was requested by US Immigration. I hope this helps you all. It takes up to 3 weeks to receive the form & you can have it shipped to a different location for pickup that may be closer to your fiancees home. We went & ordered it in Sav La Mar.

ps, she would not give me a copy of one, nor was I able to keep a copy of the printed confirmation page.
