How long from first letter to Interview Packet?

My fiancee received her first letter from Manila Embassy on January 20, 2007.:

Packet from NVC arrived 12/12/06, where the Embassy letter was dated 12/19/2006.

This was funny as the NVC letter dated 12/13/06 stated that our packet would be sent to Manila within a week.

A month to deliver a letter? REALLY FAST mail in Philippines!

When would I expect the Interview packet if the Embassy received packet from NVC on 12/12/06? Anyone have a clue?

NO2 approved CSC.......11/15/06

Embassy Arrival............12/12/06

Interview Packet?......................? :help:

Interview Date?.........................? :hehe:
