We have a couple of songs based on the progession of our relationship. First it was "If you're not the one" by Daniel Bettingfield. Then it was "Calling You" by grace Deeb. My most recent trip, when we got engaged, it became "Spanish Eyes" by backstreet boys (that was a toughie cause the BS boys are so 90's lolol) and also "Promise" by Ciara. Oh and there is also "Time" by Enya.

Doodle, I"m with you on the Irreplacable lolololol, he hates that song.

1st K-1 Journey:

June 2005 - filed

October 2005 - visa interview

March 2006 - AOS packet mailed

DIVORCED

June 2007 - Interview

2008 - 10 year approval

07/28/07 - AOS paperwork mailed

07/30/07 - Received at lockbox

09/18/07 - Biometrics

10/15/07 - Transferred to CSC

01/09/08 - AOS approved w/o interivew

11/01/09 - Lift conditions

11/01/10 - interview to lift conditions/10-yr card

01/01/10 - 10 year approval

we have a few. i definitely plan to play them all at our wedding!

first i'd say "ya salam" from ragheb alama.

and

a song from myriam fares i don't know the name of. just that its #4 of the cd i have of hers. lol!!!

and now the most recent was "tamally ma'ak" from amr diab. funny three of us said the same thing! :lol:

I melted when I saw Amr Diab in concert last year.....especially when he sang Tamally Ma'ak and Ana Ayesh.

ooooangel... i like "habeebi wenta baeed" a lot!

I have said my song for Noor is "the reason" by Hoobastank ever since it came out. Not for the whole song, mainly the chorus.

I think one of our songs is "qalaty nafsak" by Hisham Abbas although we don't really have a song. I love Hisham Abbas!!!

We have our English love song (played first at our wedding reception): Hero. Yes...a little cheesy, but it was one of the first songs that we ever talked about when we first started to chat online. I told him I was going out to get the Enrique CD because I wanted a song on it. And then that started a HUGE progression of songs.

The second song at our reception was our Arabic love song by Wael Kefoury, Arrab Layyi

Our song is Here without you by 3 doors down. When we met it turned out into something pretty dramatic after a few chats, I wonder why. Now I'm thinking, maybe it was his 'method' to get me interested? When I hear it on the radio, I know, he's thinking about me. Call me crazy. Then there was If you're not the one by Daniel Beddingfield.
