It's not a small detail when it comes to running name checks. Correct spelling of names is vital.

Your SC is California because from TSC your application will be forwarded to them.

CSC themselves misspelled the name of my friend's fiance on their NOA1 so she just called and had to verify (over and over again) that it was her. She did not have to mail in anything.

Wait until the NOA1 arrives. Then per the instructions on it, call the National Information line to make the correction.
