Here's what we are going to put.............

(Identities have been changed to protect the innocent :D )

We met for the first time online in the AOL music chat room in August 2004. We then frequently chatted online using AOL Instant Messenger and exchanged many emails. We swapped phone numbers and started to talk on the phone regularly. <Benficiary> travelled to visit me in person in America for the first time from November 18th 2004 to December 2nd 2004. He has subsequently visited me in person in the USA between the following dates: March 11th 2005 to Mach 18th 2005, August 25th 2005 to September 8th 2005, January 18th 2006 to January 28th 2006, April 26th 2006 to May 6th 2006, September 23rd 2006 to October 7th 2006 and January 3rd 2007 to January 13th 2007.

Is this any good? Is it anything like what anyone else out there put??

Thanks.

I referenced copies of evidence in my letter and then wrote; *see included receipt for XXXXX

The assertions of my letter are supported that way with copies of dual signed hotel registrations, limo receipt, airport tax, etc.

I have printed pages of emails for later evidence of continuing contact. You may have some AOL record you can print out. This link would support that as true and correct:

OK I've shortened it down a bit to make it fit on the form without a continuation sheet (Less to lose!).

Any comments on this please....................

We met online in the AOL music chat room in August 2004. We continued to chat online, via email and on the phone regularly. <benficiary> travelled to visit me in person in Louisiana for the first time in November 2004. He has subsequently visited me in person in Louisiana on six separate occasions.

Thanks

Hm, sounds pretty good, but you might want to make it a bit more clear (by mentioning specific dates) that you have actually met in person at least once during the past two years - I know it should be obvious from the evidence you'll send, but the majority of the details you're giving there are outside the two years they're actually interested in... maybe expanding it just a bit and using a separate sheet is a good idea. Or maybe leave out the date you first met in person (as it's outside the 2 years) and finish with '... his most recent visit was (whenever)' instead?

2005 - We met

2006 - Filed I-129F

2007 - K-1 issued, moved to US, completed AOS (a busy year, immigration-wise)

2009 - Conditions lifted

2010 - Will be naturalising. Buh-bye, USCIS! smile.png

As long as the visits can be proved,ie, motel receipts, airline ticket stubs and photos of you with the benificiary and with family . You have to think long term, this all helps when you get to the interview, it lends credibility to your relationship. When my now wife wheb for her interview she had a pile of documents and inch high. The interviewer only looked at a few of them butit was there for them if they wanted it. Think ahead, that vway you will have less delays and your bene will get here faster...... Rob
