Both I-129F & I-130 approved!! Now what?

Both I-129F & I-130 were approved! At this point do I just wait until my wife gets her package and appointment? Since both were approved what is the strategy now? What do both do? I know I need to read more on this forum, I've just been so busy, Thanks!

At this point the I-130 will be held at USCIS for when you eventually adjust status, and I-129F (K-3) will move on to the NVC and the Embassy. If you want the I-130 to move on to the embassy also you need to file I-865 and pay additional $200

You should only do that if you want to follow the CR-1/IR-1 route. The advantage of doing that is you don't have to deal with adjusting status once your spouse enters the States because it's an immigrant visa. The disadvantage is that is takes a few months longer than the K-3.
