I noticed the I-134 form has been updated

I see no difference except the instructions.. I noticed this after I sent off my paperwork to Veronica.. Will this be a problem at the interview or should I send her the new updated one..???? it says nothing at the bottom that all prior forms will not be accepted..

Her interview is on the 22nd... So I have time to send her the new version..

Any idea's if this is a problem ???

What is the Rev date? I picked off the USCIS website the 7/14/06 version which "expires" 4/30/07

It appears the 7/14/06 and the 6/17/04 versions are still acceptable

Yes I agree..there is no reason to sweat this if I don't need too...as I have 2.5 weeks befor her interview.. I'll get another one notarized tomorrow and send it out...

I believe there is one (the one I have) that has a date on it from 2006 but it says it will be accepted until 4/07. Double check that.

I remember thinking I'm ok because my interview is in March.

Why waste your time and money - I just checked mine, top of page 1, says exp 04-30-07. It's ok!

Can anyone show you the new version of I-134 form? I still don't know my interview date yet, but we assume it will be around May, so should I send my co-spousor the newest form to fill in or stick with this one which will be expired in April? Does it matter?

Any suggestion guys?

Chris, what version of the form are you referencing and what is the exp date on it? Also, could you provide a link for others do they don't go crazy and panic about having an outdated one? Thanks!

There's no note saying it was updated in any way, so I am hoping that Chris will explain exactly what was updated in the form.

I explained as far as I can see only the instructions changed alittle... the form I downloaded here at VJ back in Aug-Sept.. I'll up load the one I have to the Gallery..
