Only the Post Office can deliver to a P.O. box.

For Courier service like Fed-Ex, DHL ect.

Use:

USCIS TSC

4141 St. Augustine Rd.

Dallas, TX 75227

http://www.uscis.gov/portal/site/uscis/men...00048f3d6a1RCRD

Sending by Fed-Ex should only be used if filing at the last minute and overnight delivery is needed, otherwise the good old USPS Certified Priority mail works just fine.

OUR TIME LINE Please do a timeline it helps us all, thanks.

Is now a US Citizen immigration completed Jan 12, 2012.
