Hello fellow VJ members here's the arrangement of my documents for my upcoming interview!!!

Clear plastic separates for easy access!

A. Appointment Letter and valid ID

B. DS Forms

(staple 2 sets of DS 156 and DS 157. DS 156K alone)

FOLDER 1

Identification papers and police clearances

- NSO Birth certificate

- NBI Clearance / Police Clearance

- Divorce decrees (My Fiance)

-CENOMAR

Other identification papers

-Baptismal certificate (bec I'm late registered)

-Elementary and High School Diploma

-School records (High School Form 137)

-Voters Affidavit

FOLDER 2

Affidavit of Support

-Notarized Form I-134

-Fiance's Employment Letter

-2004 and 2005 Tax W/ W2 copies

-Recent Pay stubs copies

FOKDER 3

Evidence of Genuine Engagement

EVIDENCE OF PRIOR MEETING

-Immigration Stamped Passport Page

-Fiance's Original Boarding Passes

-Fiance's Airline Tickets

-Photos (w/ caption)

PROOF OF CONTINUOS RELATIONSHIP

-Renewed Letter of Intent ( Me and my fiance)

-Engagement Ring Receipt

-E-mail Correspondences (10 of his, 10 of mine)

-Sample Yahoo CHAT Logs (webcam shot )

-Snail Mail (global Express Mail)

-Money Transfer Receipts (Western Union In plastic separates)

-Remittance of ATM card

-Photocopy of Metro Bank Check

-Sample Phone Bills –fiance's (In plastic separates)

And my fiance will come with me at my interview to support me,( Jan 30,his departure to US arrival Feb 1,Manila one day before my interview!!! Pls pray for us!!! and God bless us all!!!

09/23/2011 - Applied for Passport

10/08/2011 - Passport in the mail

10/17/2011 - Certificate of Naturalization in the mail -- OFFICIALLY DONE!

looks like you have it covered. :thumbs: looks like you did what we did, except for prove of ongoing relationship. we didin't have any chat logs, emails or snail mails. to make up for it, we socked it to them of plenty of phone records of my daily calls. best of luck with the interview. :thumbs:

Thanks to all of you guys here in VJ for your inspiring comments...now I know that all my docs and evidence are properly arranged.. I confidently go to the embassy without feeling nervous, with the the guidance and wisdom coming from the Lord, and lot of your prayers Im very sure Ill be fine!!! Amen...
