If the rep said you have a CC then it is highly probable to be true... rejoice. Call again and see if another rep verifies it. Several people received CC without AOS fee changing to N/A, including myself. You won't receive confirmation email until a week after actual CC. There are those who never received that either.

Thank you :) Inshalla it's a CC then

Thank you Austin and I'm no longer going to that thread, today was my last day. :)(L)

Your very welcome, fingers crossed. :)(F) (F)

OMG what did they say that stunned you? Same old, same old?

I'm barely holding on, lost it again with my brother this time. Tomorrow is our 3 ed anniversary so I'm feeling extra sad and when I saw my husband tonight on cam he looked so very tired. He was still at his families business at 4:30 am then to his other job at 8am. It's just killing me to see him so tired. From the other case here on our thread I'm convinced all this mess is because my husband is Arab. You can say well it's justified but I disagree, they know who is who they have all the tools to find out if someone is not all they seem to be. So for me this is NOT justified at all. Call me paranoid or what ever anyone wants to call me but it's clear as rain.

I'm waiting for NVC to scan what they asked me to send them into their system then wait 60 painful days to have them review them. I tracked it and this is what I found.

Your item was delivered at 11:11 am on October 14, 2014 in PORTSMOUTH, NH 03801 to VISA. The item was signed for by N VISA CENTER. (L)

Yes for me it was just same old.

Like your husband I feel so bad for mine. He has seen his children twice in a year. We are such a strong family unit and how we got ourselves in this situation is just beyond belief. Yesterday he said he was at his wits end with it all and I just felt like crying for him. Today I just sat on the sofa watching a movie and then had a nap. Picked up the children and have just eaten a whole bar of chocolate. Like I need to do that - NOT!

I am disgusted, absolutely disgusted to think that they are holding up your Visa due to your husband being Arab. i would SO like to think that this is not the case you have been on this journey far too long and now have to wait until nearly Christmas for an approval. Although I should be out of NVC long before that I am going to hang around to see you through this. Ought are.

It's unbelievable what they put us through, they must realize what they are doing to us they can't be that blind and stupid.

:( I don't know who suffers more our husbands or us, I think it's a toss up at this point since at least I can't see the light at the end of the tunnel.

My problem is, I can't seem to get my behind up to do anything, I don't eat that much or anything bad like pizza, hamburgers etc. All I want to do is be left alone

and sit in my room staring at the wall. I can do this for hours on end if I didn't have to get up and cook and other things for my parents so I have gained weight. :(

I really wish there was magic pills, I would take it for sure. :( Well my friend Sunday I will be at Mass, know your on my list and hahaha yes list I don't want to miss anyone while I sit there pray. t4582.gif

I have a huge problem, I lost pretty much everything when my computer basically reinstalled Windows 7 for some unknown reason.

I think it was in Saylin's thread someone posted a site they take degrees from other countries and not sure if they determine if it can be used in the USA or checks

and verifies the degree is transferable? Something like that. Does anyone remember that and have the link? I'll re-post this there see if anyone has it and ty in advance. :)t4582.gif

Dear Solenta.

So sorry you have to spend your anniversary away from each other, praying for you that this will be the last one. You may not be together but your love has no borders and that my friend its pretty cool and unique. Remember God is never deaf to your prayers, never blind to your tears, he sees, he hears and he will deliver. We all have something that a lot of people want, we have hope, one day all this will be behind.

Check the website, if u can, get the book! God bless!!

Dear God, I am seeking You to be my refuge! I trust You Lord, and I love You so much. Thank You for always being there for me! Thank you for comforting me when I am downcast, for strengthening me when I am weak, and for filling me with wisdom when I lack understanding. You are my Rock and my Redeemer. Your item was delivered at 11:11 am on October 14, 2014 in PORTSMOUTH, NH 03801 to VISA. The item was signed for by N VISA CENTER. (L)

Sending much strenght to you dear Soloenta! <3

Some people told me I deserved to wait for a year and 5 months because I had already had so many visas! I don't get it, why would that make a difference? It shouldn't just like the immigrant spouses nationality shouldn't make a difference. Its all so very unfair.

Many times I also bit back tears of frustration when people who had NOA1 a year later than I were at the same stage as I, but still complaining how long it took. But everyone feels sad about the wait, even if it is considerably shorter than others. So I understand.

Hope you and everyone else in this thread get good news soon! We all deserve that!

IR1 took 520 days....

:)t4582.gif

Sorry cannot help you on this one. I bet mobar could answer this one. Good luck with it.

You ladies never fail to put me on the spot.

But since you did, here is a service provided by the reputable American Association of Collegiate Registrars and Admissions Officers (AACRAO) http://ies.aacrao.org/ . Go to the pull down menu under Start Your Evaluation Application and choose Individual or Immigration. They evaluate foreign transcripts, both high school and college levels, for a reasonable fee. I hope that's what you're looking for Soloenta.

You are so great. I was telling my husband about your 18 pieces of luggage this morning. He thought you would need a minibus just to get to the airport.

I do hope you weren't really angry for me suggesting you may be able to help. You are just such a wealth of information on so many subjects and I mean that in a very positive way.

Happy packing.

Could anyone PLEASE help me!????!!?? NVC has been ruining my life for the last 7 days! On last Thursday called and asked what's happening with my case, my scan date is august 19 for both packages, they said I received a checklist cause I didn't send in my husbands court certificate(which is true, it wasn't in the instructions on their site!) and I didn't send in my IRS tax transcripts and AOS form was incomplete. Which is SOOO NOTTTT TRUE! Believee me! Friday I received an email that says the same, only the part where it says that the AOS form is incomplete is sooo confusing , I don't understand WHICH part of the AOS form is missing? The email has got me so confused, I don't know what they need. :( Also I call them again on that same day, last Friday, and the lady on the phone says that I did receive a checklist for my husbands court certificate but that my AOS package hasn't been reviewed yet and it's a FAKE checklist! On Tuesday I call again and they tell me the same thing, checklist for court certificate , but AOS package has no been reviewed yet. I call yesterday and ask to speak to a supervisor, and she tells me that my AOS package HAS been reviewed last week and that I indeed DID receive a checklist for my AOS package.....she states that my irs transcrpits are missing and that my AOS form isn't completed properly. I tell her that there is no way in HELL that my TAX transcripts are missing, cause I checked the packages like 20 times before sealing the envelope!!! She says she believes me! I ask her which part of the AOS form is completed incorrectly , she tells me she needs to access my case in order to tell me that and that it could take 30 days for her to give me that information!!!! WHAT? I need to wait 30 days to be able to send in another AOS form????!!! Because she needs A MONTH to tell me what's wrong with my form???????THIS IS RIDICILOUS? Could I post the email I received with the checklist, maybe someone here would be able to understand it and help me out further???

Also , I forgot to mention that we filed for an expedite request last Thursday, base on a natural disaster(we were already expedited at the USCIS stage)..How long does it usually take for an expedite request to be reviewed?..PEOPLE HELP PLEAS! IM SICK WITH WORRY! :(

I was just pulling your leg ... ;)

I actually researched that service for Kuwait University Admissions last year, so I knew the answer right away.

Those 18 pieces were our maximum free allowance. I'm in danger of getting there, though. My brothers will chip in a minivan and an SUV. We're renting the same for the day of arrival at Denver Airport.

Awww thank you so very much Ellinora your so sweet and kind.

Well that was just mean and spiteful of them to say that to you it doesn't make any sense. One has nothing to do with the other. You just have to wonder sometimes about some people. Thank you my friend and many prayers going your way, so that you soon forget all of this madness. :) (L) (L)

Although I should be out of NVC long before that I am going to hang around to see you through this. Ought are.

I hope so sweet heart but wouldn't blame you if you never wanted to come back. But would be thrilled with the company. :D(L) (L)
