There's no way to exactly know its yours really. Best way if you really want to track and know is you have to know when NVC actually sent your petition. Once you get that date about 2 or 3 days later DHL will have scanned it and you can track a waybill to the embassy. Sometimes in the details when you click on it it has the weight. I knew mine because it weighed 20 lbs and mine went a week after the rest of Lagos did and I knew for sure it was mine.

There's no specific format. But with Lagos you better have a good reason. Most embassies you just ask bit the better the need the more they may comply. I have seen them change it.

But you must have in SUBJECT LINE: LGSXXXXXXXXXXXX, BENEFICIARIES FULL NAME DATE OF BIRTH, REQUESTING EARLIER INTERVIEW DATE

Than a brief reason why you need a earlier date.

If you were approved for a expedite and you are now done at NVC you first should be talking with NVC to see if and when they sent out your petition. Than if its been sent out you need to be bugging the heck out of the embassy for a date.

There is no shipper number or waybill you will get from NVC. Reason is all those packages you see going to embassy could be a bundle of anything. There may be 1 K1 and a IR1/CR1 or 10 or 100. There's no way to know that package that piece of paper is yours on that date. All you can do is know the date your petition left NVC and watch it go from In-Transit on CEAC and then ready. The DHL tracking is more a fun tool many use but as I have stated before a guesstimate.

That is so funny! I often wonder what I am going to do once our journey is over...this checking status on USCIS website, checking Igor's list, checking forums for approval announcements (for people who haven't updated their timelines, but posted approved on the forums) has become quite an addiction!

My husband called the embassy after it was shipped from NVC, The embassy called him next the documents were received, interview was scheduled over the phone, for a following week

Tuesday: Blood test.

Wednesday: Thorax X-Ray, physical, medical interview and shots

Thursday: Final shots

I took my medical exam today. I was at the doctor's office for over 2 hours!

My left arm hurts since I got two shots (flu vaccine and blood test).

I'm going back to the doctor's office tomorrow to pick up my medical results.

Mine too! Seems like NVC read my complaint on the previous page It's ok to get excited since there was no movement at USCIS and NVC for months

No "in transit" for us but did get the P4 Letter! No cc email but prob won't now. No Problem! Congrats and excitement for yall that have in transit...ours should be soon!
