I think this is the part I'm most nervous about :P I have hospital notes and a letter from my GP about my DVT but the GP's letter is from January this year and the hospital notes are from 2010 and 2011 when the event happened. I bet they tell me to get my GP to fax them over a more up to date letter. More bloody money down the drain since he charges £35 for letters -_-

Also if they start squeezing my leg where it happened, I might have to hit them.

Interview scheduled! November 21st. The Friday before Thanksgiving week isn't exactly the stuff dreams are made of, but I suppose I should be thankful we finally have an interview date.

I soooooo confused about what doc. Should i take to the interview after the p4 email ???

Do ihave to take i-864 foum to the interview ?

Do i have to take the PETITIONER birth certificate ?

Do i have to take FEDERAL INCOME TAX INFORMATION ? Photocopy or original ?????????

I sooo confused sooo any one helppppp ???

Koko it's better to be prepared take a copy of anything and everything you can get your hands on. Since they have your originals just take Copies and since it is Egypt if you can take a new police certificate they are easy to get and better to be safe than sorry. and no you don't need Petitioners birth certificate but if you want you can take a copy of it, it's up to you.

I do believe you have to take the P4 letter but others can help you better there. Much luck my friend will be praying all goes well for you. :)(F)

why you have to submit joint sponsor? you didn't make enough for three years? is that the reason they are asking. Please share more info.

I'm attached my refusal letter 221(g). Also I submitted joint sponsor W2 forms on next day from interview which was 8th Oct.. Now status is AP. We will have 3 days holidays for Mumbai embassy.. :( :(

Hello all. Congrats on getting to this process after a long and stressful journey. I had a question for those who are at this stage of the game. When your CC completes do you get a e-mail for interview letter or hard copy mail?

That being said on the DS230 i put down for my address for mailing address of my spouse. Reason being is mail takes a long time to get to where she is. My plan is to fly out there with all the packages/letters/evidence and attend the interview together and hopefully Inshallah bring her with me on my return. Will this be an issue?

Mine's also shows "in transit".

I saw two shipment on 7th and the 8th of October to Paris. (I specified the desitination as France)

Maybe one of them is mine and the other one is yours. :)

I got this posted on October Filers topic, but I figure you guys will know more about it, since you already went through this:

I just called NVC and operator told me my case got completed on Oct 7.

Now this is what he said or I misunderstood him...I will get CC e-mail in 5 business days if they are not able to schedule the interview in that time. When interview gets scheduled I'll get e-mail informing me about the interview.

(If this is correct, i'm guessing what he was trying to say is, if they don't get my interview in this round while they are doing scheduling, then they will send CC email and I will wait for next scheduling time)

Does this make any sense? or I just didn't get what he was saying....

Hi, thank you for posting this. I was wondering why my CC email didn't come yet. I got CC on September 30 and I was supposed to get the CC email in five business days, but before that happened, I got my interview scheduled on October 3rd and instead got the interview letter yesterday. That means I won't be receiving the CC email.

 

 

I'm the beneficiary, wife of USC.
12/30/2012: Got engaged.
1/16/2013: Got married in India.

I-130:
2/28/2013: Attorney mailed the I-130 from a U.S. address.
3/4/2013: Priority date, NOA1.
11/6/2013: Case was transferred to Nebraska Service Center.

1/6/2014: 60 days of transfer are up, put in an e-request, given 30 days' time. Contacted the senator. Senator asked to wait till Feb 6 and if nothing then she will do something.
2/5/2014: Website status changed to RFE.
2/10/2014: Attorney gets RFE. They need G325A and photos of both me and husband, original marriage certificate, copy of marriage record and it's translation.
2/15/2014: Mailed the requisite documents to husband.
2/19/2014: Documents received by husband.
2/24/2014: RFE mailed.
2/26/2014: Case status changed to RFE review.
3/6/2014: After 367 days, NOA2.

After approval kept calling NVC but NVC always had one reply, file was not in their system. Husband too called USCIS National Customer Service Center and was told case was sent to NVC.
4/2/2014: Write to NSCFollowup to know about the status of the petition.
4/10/2014: Put in a ?service request with USCIS starting with OVP to locate case.
4/16/2014: Reply from NSCFollowup that the U.S. law prohibited that office from responding to anyone other than the petitioner and to have the petitioner contact them.
4/18/2014: Sent email to NVC Research to locate the case.
4/22/2014: Petitioner sent email to NSCFollowup
5/14/2014: Receive email from NVC Research that they do not have a record of receiving the petition.
5/16/2014: Congressman's immigration caseworker contacted supervisor at NSC who said the petition is pending and will be dispatched in two weeks.
5/27/2014: Petitioner received response from NSCFollowup that the case was pending an internal extended review. Really?
6/19/2014: USCIS case status change, "On June 19, 2014, we shipped this case..."
7/1/2014: Case received at NVC.
7/14/2014: NVC case number assigned.
8/1/2014: AOS and IV fees invoiced.
8/2/2014: AOS and IV fees paid.

In my case, the attorney, me and my husband received the interview email, no hard copy yet. I remember someone posted on this thread that they got the P4 letter in Australia after two weeks. So may be some get emails and some snail mail.

Mine STILL says at NVC too. Ahh! It's that special day of the week that they should be sending them out right?! Friday!! I have heard CEAC delayed normally in getting updated but I really hope to see "in transit" soon. I do not have it in me to phone NVC to see if my case has been sent. Have any of the November interview people phoned NVC to see if their cases were sent out this week at all?
