For those that have interview dates with no letter, did you find out about the date by calling or did they send you an email? I see some from early Oct have dates already...my PD is May 2013 so I was wondering if that would help or not? Cheers!

I have submitted 221(g) requested documents they requested for original i864a or jointsponsor W2 2013 forms. I submitted W2 2013 scanned copies only as CO said either one is good enough. with my passport in Mumbai vfs office. CO manually wrote (or) in between two docs on 221(g) slip.

Is that enough?? Please advise my friends

Date Package Left From NVC : You have to call NVC and get the date it left no other way to know the date.

Date Received By Consulate: Once you get the date it left NVC you can start tracking it with the DHL and its a guess-estimate but pretty close

Date Rec Instructions (Pkt 3): Does not pertain to IR1/CR1

Date Complete Instructions (Pkt 3): Does not pertain to IR1/CR1

Date Rec Appointment Letter (Pkt 4): When you receive. Really its not when you received it its when you found out the date on the timeline.

To which Visa category does Pk3 applies? I am IR5 from the Philippines.

You will get an email, but people call since it's takes few days or more for the email to arrive in the inbox. Everyone wants to know there interview as soon as possible so they usually call first. It's the quickest way to know your appointment.

I just got my appointment letter email not to long ago! Finally haha. Now my husband can get started on his medical soon!

I am starting to panic that they lied to my husband, and no interview is scheduled for me. My case still shows at NVC.

Don't worry. I never received P4 letter. We got our interview letter about a week after the receipt date of the interview. Case "in transit" shown only after the next week.

Finally received P4 IL email at around 1am eastern. Just in time for the wife's medical! #winning

CEAC status is still "at NVC" for now. Yes, I checked my email and the case status at 3:30am. That's how much I want out of NVC.

Woo! I think my interview was actually scheduled on Oct 3 (as opposed to Oct 6, when I called -- was too excited to ask about other dates than the interview :-)). I got my interview letter (P4) on Oct 7.

By the way, I sent 2 passport photos to the NVC, and they list them on the documents list, so I'm assuming I don't need to bring fresh ones to the interview? (They have this generic blurb in their letter about bringing these in addition to the documents in the document list, so literally speaking I should bring them again??)

Using "EXP 03 OCT 2014A" I think I found my package on the way to Brussels. The only confusing thing is that the CEAC tracker still stays "At NVC".... So maybe I'm watching someone else's docs go to Brussels :-)
