Hi all,

in g-325a, Can I just leave it after all the boxes are filled or do I have to mention all my home and work addresses from past 5 years in a separate sheet of paper ? I have lived and worked in more than 5 different places in last five years.

Thanks,

Thank you very much for your guys help.

Also, for i-864ez doc, is it necessary to send the most recent 6 months' pay stubs or I can just send last three years' Income tax transcripts and Employment verification letter?

In case you didn't already know, the I-864EZ is submitted once your file is at the NVC and you have a NVC case number. It doesn't go with the I-130 to USCIS.

When that time comes, you will need to submit evidence of current income. That can be accomplished by having a letter from your employer describing your position, salary, and time with the company or a singular paystub if said paystub shows what you have been paid for the year to the date (YTD). Most paystubs will have this information.

Ryan, I am sending i-864ez with my i-485 form.

I am sending i-130 form and g-325a all at once.

**Moved from IR-1/CR-1 Process & Procedures to Adjustment of Status from Work, Student, & Tourist Visas forum. Concurrent filing of the above forms begins the Adjustment of Status Process, not the Spousal Visa Process.**
