Expidite Process and Form

1: OK is there a Expedite form to fill out and process that I can follow? like a Wiki or Guide chart by steps if not where can i get that information from and how to apply?

2: if its gets approved what are the step when they expedite it to the embassy.. does my husband bring like the AOS and stuff at the interview and pay for it all there or how does that work?

Expedite at NVC? You call and request they will tell you what to do. No there is no form of guide or anything on their website. You need to call since I see you have an approved petition you need to call.

My bad I saw I-130 Approved. Now I look I see no date. I thought you were approved at USCIS.

No matter same situation. You need to call USCIS request an expedite they will tell you what you need to fax or mail in as proof.

We all jump for any hope when we're in the waiting stage. My wife has been here three years now, we've only the citizenship waiting game left. But in ten years we're reversing this process and moving to her country.

If you are sending to NVC it would be an email sent to NVCexpedite@state.gov with the format

1. Subject: BeneficiariesCase Number / Request Expedite

2. Memo area:

Beneficiaries name

Beneficiaries Date of birth

Beneficiaries case number

Petitioners name

Petitioners Date of birth

State clearly why you should be expedited.

List the items you are sending as proof (attached) in the email.

V/r;

Your name

Your Phone number

Your address

Approval takes two weeks roughly before they respond.
