~~moved to IR1/CR1 process and procedures from K3 process and procedures~~

Fyi you are now on the IR1/CR1 path now, not the K3.

IV invoice will take up to 60 days after submitting DS-261.

Does anybody know how long for IV appliacation Invoice for sure to be sent. Also, can I submit the AOS Forms and documents already? Or do I wait for them to send me a barcode?

When you have paid, there is a bar code cover sheet on that confirmation page on the website. You can send your AOS documents.

I already said up to 60 days from DS-261 submit date you will get the IV invoice... you cannot get a more exact time frame than that, sorry.

I login at website where I paid $88 AOS fee but there is only a receipt for AOS Fee paid but there is no bar code page like I was told it would be. In the state.gov pages says to send AOS package by mail if your NVC case numbers starts with a C. Has any one done this if both USC and Mexico Citizen live in Mexico?

That section also states to not count anyone twice; put a 0 in for the "if you are married" box, you already counted your spouse.

Getting AOS packet ready waiting on Sponsors' documents.

Next packet is IV packet. Trying to get this items done. When time comes to send the packet to NVC do I send the originals on the Mexican birth certificate and Marriage Certificate?

I already had them translated when I did the I-130 but the only gave this certification.

Certification by Translator:

I First Last Name, certify that I am fluent (conversant and written) in the English and Spanish languages, and that the above/attached document is an accurate translation of the document attached entitled BIRTH CERTIFICATE.

First Last Name

111 Street

City State Zip Code

Month day, year

In the instructions from Cd Juarez Embassy it says:

Applicants with non-English or non-Spanish birth cetificates must submit a notarized translation with original.

I guess the "Certification by Translator" is Ok to send with IV Packet?

You send originals and photocopies to the NVC. As for translations, find out what document translation requirements are for the Consulate in Juarez. Some Embassies and Consulates do not require translations if the language of the documents is in the official language of the country.
