G - Certified Marriage Certificate

H - G-325A

Sis, please include another 2 pcs 2x2 photos on your EAD application.

I included copies of the approved I-129f packet, nvc letter, noa1, noa2. I read on other blogs that they included these.

Also, on the ITRs of your husband, include the W-2 or 1099 for each year.

In my package, i included the copy of Report of Marriage to Phil Consulate and some wedding photos... Just an additional proof of relationship.

Good luck on both of us for our AOS! :)

Why would you not file for the I-131? After all it's at no cost to you. Imagine if something happened at home while you are waiting for the approval of your AOS, and you need to be on a plane heading there, your not going to be able to travel without it.

Do either of you have a prior marriage as the Dissolution Decree from a prior marriage needs to be added to this package.

Actually it is fairly complete and accurate. The only questionable area would be about the I-693 since that form is not required to be submitted. They only require a copy of your vaccination supplement--your DS-3025. The only reason to include the I-693 is if your DS-3025 is incomplete and/or you have not received required vaccinations. The birth certificate and passport photos of USC spouse are not needed. The only thing needed from them is the I-864 and supporting documents. The rest is all about the applicant (the K-1 visa holder).
