I have my medical exam tomorrow, i have 1 US sized passport photo left, can anybody confirm that ill be okay to use this?

sorry to start a thread but im hoping to avoid getting more done this evening as i wrongly assumed i had spares in both size

Met in person for the first time in Maine, USA - 7th August 2013

2nd trip, Got engaged! on New Years Eve in Maine, USA - 26th December 2013 to 14th January 2014

I was looking at the instructions for I-693 http://www.uscis.gov/sites/default/files/files/form/i-693instr.pdf and I dont think you need a photograph for the medical exam as per the instructions.

I had my medical in London today and I had one photo of each UK and USA size and I asked the receptionist which one she'd like and she said either would be fine :) :)
