Changing address while on CR1 Green Card (Before ROC)

Hello All,

Need your help please, I became a Conditional resident and got my CR1 Green card (valid for 2 years) last Decemeber. Now, starting Sept 1st 2014, I have moved to a new place and would like to know the process on how do I inform USCIS on my new address change.

I believe we can do it online using the following link :https://egov.uscis.gov/coa/displayCOAForm.do rather than mailing in the form directly.

Please confirm as they say that we have to do it within 10 days and today is the 9th day for me to update it.

Can I do it just on that link by providing my A# and the other details.

Your sponsor(s) should also submit I-865s if they are moving/have moved.

Thank You! However at my NVC stage, i used my wife as my sponsore and also my sister in law as an additional sponsor (not household) for my petition.

Now the situation is that I work full time, my wife does too, so she will update the address too, but my sister in law does not work anymore, so does she still need to submit i865 - Notice of Change of address of sponsor ?

Until you've worked 40 qualifying quarters or become a citizen, she's required to still file a change of address.
