 YEAH!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Now you can sit back and relax for a while. Even though I know you will check to see if they updated the list. You just can't help yourself.

Did anyone else who's filed make the list yet? They are being awful quiet if they did.

Oh I hope you don't have to wait 19 weeks. I don't wish that on anyone. I kept planning on the max they were stating and thought I would be ok with that. I kept telling myself that anyway. Then when it went over the 16 weeks it drove me mad................. I think the best thing to do is plan on the maximum amount of time then anything before that will be great.

 Way to go Val.............

Hi! I've been lurking here for quite some time... we'll be filing through Stockholm very soon. The package is with my husband in Sweden and is *almost* ready to file, except...

I forgot to sign the darn G-28 in my haste to mail it to him after I got it from my attorney. DOH.

So, I had my hubby toss that page in the mail and it's in transit to me now. Gonna overnight it back to him so he can file the waiver asap. I'm not sure how long it's gonna sit in Stockholm before they send it to London. I have to fax them with a couple questions so I'll ask that one, along with "what's our case number?!?"

Well the list is updated again and London really seem to be moving at the moment, Dwar69 is now on, which is good and they completed 3 cases this week and quite a few went into under review. I think someone has also been tidying the list up because it now seems to be in year order which means we are near the top. Doesn't mean anything -- but it looks good

They are definitely working faster than they did in the summer months so here's hoping  for a speedy end to all this, that would be so good

Our waiver is finally in London and on the list. It took less than three weeks to get there from Stockholm. Submitted on November 20 and on the London tracking list December 8.

Well they have not updated the system again this week, that is two weeks on the trot  and that means we are going to be well into the New Year I think before we do see any changes. All in all with the Christmas and New Year holidays I think it will have knocked us all back quite a bit which is so annoying as the embassy was only closed for two days over Christmas and it will be one day for New Year so why the hell do they come to a standstill 3 weeks before!!!!!!!

I remember Bailey96 and Nigel asking if they knew how much they are playing with people's lives, I am now wondering that myself  We are now moving into our 8th week of waiting and it could be a good bit longer now because of these holidays. I have never been so glad to see the back of the Christmas holidays and that is not me!!! normally I love Chritmas but not this year.

My grandaughter was so dissapointed that we could not get over there for Christmas, I think she is fed up of me saying "Next year"

So we will keep on waiting and waiting but in the meantime I would still like to wish you all the very very very best for the New Year

Hi I do check in on this thread from time to time...

I talked to a government employee today and she told me that even though they are open that anyone who has any days of off time left take them these last 2 weeks of the year. So even though they are open they are extremely short handed. I am so hoping that things pick up after the first.

Hope you get some good news soon. I wish that we had a site to check and see where our waiver stands. Unfortunately Lima does not offer that service.

I2US did get 2 approvals from Rome today so that was a shot in the arm. Hang in there...it should happen soon.

I am at the list in London as pending now 11 weeks

After reading all the post from this topic I still wonder how they look at the individuel cases since some are denied.

What are they doing about a conviction?

The conviction can't be changed no matter what.

So I wondered what they are doing before making a desicion.
