If I find someone to Co-sponsor my fiancee to come and marry me on a K1 visa do they have to meet the poverty guideline on thier own or is thier income added with my own? Since I was wondering if we both made 15000 each wouldnt' that equal 30000 and easily exceed the poverty guideline?

Hello...as far as I know, your co-sponsor should meet the poverty guidelines on their own.

Have a nice day

Why not post your question only once? Is there some reasonable justification for the multiple posts?

Well Warmthoughts,

It seems that no one here is having warm thoughts about you. Suggest you play nice before you get bounced.

Post your question once in the appropriate forum.
