First name: Angel Christine

Mother's middle name: Lopez

Father's last name: Bazinga

New married last name: Zorak

I know this has been asked but I'll ask anyway: Since Filipinas are known to have 2 (or sometimes 3 or more) first names, mother's maiden name as their middle name and then father's last name.

Since I am now married and now applying for AOS, can I just have my name like this in filling-out the AOS forms?:

First name: Angel

Middle name: Christine

New married last name: Zorak

Totally dropping off "Lopez" and "Bazinga" in my name here.

But here's another thing, since in my Social Security Card, my name set-up is like this:

First Name: Angel Christine

Middle Name: -none-

Last Name: Zorak

Should I just follow this name set-up? I'm scared to use "Christine" as my middle name when in the SS Card "Chirstine" is part of my first name.

Ugh, sorry friends, hope you can help. It sucks to have a lot of names.

The proper way to address this issue is to use both your first names followed by your father's last name and your husbands last name.

Angel Christine Bazinga Zorak is the name you use on all your documents.

Both my step children have two first names and we use this naming convention.
