Help for filing i1864 form.

Hello,

I have a little confusion about filling up the I1864 form. On page 1 right side there is a column for mailing address numbering 2A to 5. Who's mailing adress has to be there? Sponsor's or Principal Immigrant's?

Petitioner's address. This form is all about petitioner.

Part 2 question 1a to 5 is all about the beneficiary which is the principal applicant. While Part 4, question 1a to 6 is all about the petitioner.

Hello, I was following this thread because I have the same question but am a little confused. Is it the petitioner or beneficiary's info that goes in part 2, #2a -- 5? Both of you answered but am unsure who is correct.

#2a -- 5? if you mean the second page for family member and if you are only sponsoring one applicant, 2a-5 are blank...write N/A next to 2a, 3a, 4a, 5a and 6a.

if you mean first page, mailing address....this really does not matter. either is fine... but I prefer petitioners address if she/he is in the US. so NVC can contact directly without worrying about any lost mail due to oversea mailing.

but after you filled out form 261, choice of agent, they don't really mail out anything, instead of snail mail, they just send you emails...so you will get all the info through email.
