K1 fiancee visa

Hey guys can anyone help me in this regard ,

I-129f petition sent on 21st Dec 2006

NOA1 date: 03rd Jan 2007

NOA1 received through mail :08th Jan 2007

I have registered an account in www.uscis.gov for case status online , it shows any improvemts in the status .

Any clue whats going on ?

At this point your guess would be as good as anyones.. there is really no telling what happens behind those closed doors at USCIS. You just have wait it out unfortunately.

Typically if there are a couple of updates or touches to your case, it could mean they are close to approving it.. yet it could mean nothing at all. The only good thing about a touch is that at least you know that they are doing something with your file, and that it's not lost or sitting at the bottom of the pile in somebody in-box.

The USCIS online case status system is not very reliable, so I would not worry too much about anything you read (or not) there. In our case, the approval email was sent long, long after we received NOA2.

YEAH SOME PEOPLE GET TOUCHES A LOT OF UPDATES AND MOST GET NONE AT ALL>>>BUT I KNOW IT's HARD WHEN YOU SEE YOUR NEIGHBOR IS PULLING UP WITH NEWS...I ACTUALLY THOUGHT THAT THE MORE STUFF GOT APPROVED THE EASIER IT WOULD BE...BUT THERE IS STILL SO MUCH MORE DOCUMENTS AND STUFF TO FILL OUT...IT's LIKE APPLES HITTING MY HEAD THINKING OF EVERY LITTLE THING....
