I do, we lived together since 2014 until I filled

I could also mention sometimes they just miss the evidence was provided. For example we included the letters of intent from both my now wife and I, yet we got an RFE for it. I'm not sure if they lost it, or missed it, but I had a photocopy of the entire sent packet and they were in there.

...you can check your copy/information against the list but you probably wont know for sure until you receive the RFE from them. The good thing is that it has not been rejected and they are giving you the opportunity to provide whatever is missing. :)

Mar 2011 - After 5mths denied for lost docs - Attempts to follow up failed. Mar 18 2012 - I-129F sent - No sign of NOA1 but they have banked the check...Jul 24 - Update - USCIS has located our file
Infopass Apt - they sorted through everything - our 2011 and 2012 file keep getting mixed up - getting us a Case# (still waiting) Dec- Infopass Appt- expecting to get a case # in about a week ..Still no Case number
Mar 2013 Infopass - advised file was in a box somewhere,and it would be quicker for us to refile. Life gets in the way... New petition submitted July 2014 .

well for my RFE they only need a letter of intent from me cause my fiance missed submitting it.. my fiance received the hard copy of our rfe at about a week,so wait for it maybe you just missed something ... anyways i know the feeling of waiting for the rfe letter haha (very frustrating)

Send my RFE, how long for an answer on approval? And after that how long for it to be send to NVC?? I'm desperate

What was the RFE for?

Completed: K1/K2 (271 days) - AOS/EAD/AP (134 days) - ROC (279 days)

Evidence of a two year relationship

This isn't evidence of a two year relationship, they're asking for proof you were in each other's presence in the two years before filing the K-1. Copies of the passport stamps showing the visit to the beneficiary's country is a good start. They really like to see those as primary evidence.

Dated boarding passes and airline tickets

Dated pictures together during the time period

Credit card receipts of money spent in country during the trip

Read section 7 C of the instructions for the I-129F
