and What are the hotels near to that?

Bayview hotel is walking distance to St. Lukes and it is across the US embassy.

Based on experience the nearest hotel to St. Luke is Hotel Soriente and next to it is Paragon tower. There is nothing extraordinary about the place but the proximity gives it a plus so for a couple of nights for medial purposes I would choose them. If you go further you will see casa bocobo, cherry blossoms, etc. Bayview hotel is not directly at the entrance of the line at the US Embassy. Actually the street facing the entrance of the gate is Padre Faura and while I was standing there last week I could see CityState Tower, near that is lotus Garden. These hotels are standard in accommodation but for those purposes alone, its good enough.

We stayed at the Hotel Soriente. It's not a GREAT hotel but it's also not a shabby run down place. It's clean and the people there are friendly. We enjoyed our stay because it is in walking distance to most places you need, SLEC, Embassy, shopping and dining. We met a couple of pinays there that were going through the interview and we're able to help some to have the right documents before their next day interview. Saved them from getting 221g's.
