Kerpap,

You need to sign in at ceac website. You need to have a case id number and invoice indentification number which was sent by nvc to you.

Once logged in, you can submit ds-261, payfees, submit ds-260 then submit docs needed.

yes I have done all that however I dont see any area that shes "AOS" or "IV" status like someone previously posted.

I have spoken to the NVC and they have received all documents with the last scan date being 8/22. so far they have not touched anything.

Here's the direct link for paying fees, etc.

https://ceac.state.gov/IV/Login.aspx

It sounds like you were signing in to the case status page, which will just tell you that the case is at NVC.

may i ask when sign in to see if you have 3 N/A do i have to click on anything or it should be right there when i sign in?

Great thanks!

for DS-261 it says "Complete"

under AOS it says "PAID" and "N/A"

for the IV section it said "PAID" COMPLETED" and "N/A"

I am not sure what this means. could this be a case complete?

here is what I got

what can we make of it?

iv.jpg

First N/A (Affidavit of Support) means your documentation for that section has not been reviewed nor approved

Second N/A (Civil Documents) means your documentation for that section has not been reviewed nor approved

In short: Nobody has touched your file since it was scanned for reception.

From certain threads it seems most people are begin processed between 55 and 65 days, so today cases between AUG12 and AUG22 could get a change in status... If your last scan is AFTER August 22nd, your processing time is normal (for the restructured NVC processing timing)

Simon,

Are those N/A really worked that way? Because from either this thread or nvc filers october 2014 they say that N/A on both aos and iv will not change in any part of the process. The only change will happen on aos fee from paid to n/a will indicate cc.

I'm just clarifying as well because i am not familiar with the process. Also, i am not expecting seeing n/a on my aos fee because my employer is exempt from aos fee so i don't have "paid" status in ceac.

This is how I understood it, but someone whose case is complete should log in and check what it says then...

No need to click anything else. The "Paid" for AOS will change to N/A.

I called NVC yesterday and confirmed that my cases were indeed completed yesterday and they're now waiting for the schedule from Manila Embassy, which then I will receive an email.

I checked mine yesterday morning and the status didn't change it. But when I checked at 1ish, that's when I saw the change.

Good luck!
