I just called NVC, the confirmed that they received my IV package in August 13, and it's under review now.

How long does it take to be complete? They said if nothing is missing, it will be after 50 days. But they always say that.

Need help

Different phone agents use the term "review" differently. In this case it was used to describe it being scanned into the system, waiting to be actually opened and "reviewed".

My IV package has been under review since July 31. Was told the usual 60days period for it to be reviewed. People have been getting case complete between 30-35 business days. So there's nothing you can do than to hope and pray it doesn't take 60 days.

You are right, I have to call many time to get same answer. Sometimes they said (wait to review, under review, pending review) and you have to guess what they mean!!! ?

Not yet, but I don't have to be worry about AOS anymore. I'm just waiting for them to review my IV package. Hopefully there I won't get any checklist.

How about your AOS and DS-260, have they reviewed them yet?
